  • Individual Sessions

In our individual sessions together, you can expect a warm, relatable, and empathetic experience. I tailor the session to meet your individual needs and goals while using research-based interventions along the way. I will offer psychoeducation, useful and practical skills, and a listening ear. This space can be whatever you need it to be to achieve true quality of life. My training as a social worker has helped me to approach wellness with the desire to treat the whole person. This means that in addition to looking at your behavioral health, we will look at all the many ways your interests, values, hobbies, and relationships can intersect with your mental health treatment goals. Come join me for an engaging and enlightening discussion where you will find steadfast encouragement from day one.

  • Family Sessions

Families are complex and dynamic systems, capable of extreme adaptation and change. Sometimes, however, a little extra support is needed to ensure that as the system evolves, growth pains are addressed. This may look like a family needing help in addressing substance use, processing trauma, healing from various forms of abuse/abusive patterns, embracing grief/loss, and/or other distressing events. Therapy offers space for each member of the family to individually move forward effectively within the context of this larger system. Together, we will identify unhelpful patterns and behaviors within the family unit which have long caused distress, pain, strife, or dysfunction for all involved. Please come experience relief and renewal at a systemic level.

  • Caregiver Coaching

Since the dawn of creation, parents, caregivers, and guardians alike have been humbled by the challenging nature of raising children and adolescents. It is a fact that there are many lived experiences and emotional trials specific to the role of a caregiver. Perhaps you find yourself more and more frequently experiencing these moments, compounded by exhaustion, confusion, loneliness, and anxiousness. You might wonder how to handle the challenging behavioral concerns you see in your child, feeling unsure of where to start. These sessions are designed to help us specifically review your child’s unique behavioral presentation, and together find empowering solutions. As a child mental health specialist (CMHS) in the State of Washington, I am looking forward to partnering with you each step of the way.
